Basic Italian Bread/Pizza Dough
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 TBS Olive Oil
1 c warm water (110-115 degrees)
4-5 c flour
**Dough needs to be pliable and smooth; not sticky.
